Check student submission readiness
Before uploading a student manuscript, check that the title, abstract and conclusion describe the same study. Every table and figure should be referred to in the text. Verify that the reference list matches the citations and that all authors agree on the final version and their affiliations.

Work with your guide and coauthors
Discuss the target journal and authorship before submitting. Every named author should approve the final text and understand the claims being made. Check whether your institution requires prior permission, a specific recognised journal or a DOI. Keep a copy of the approved manuscript so any later changes can be reviewed together.

Submission and editorial decisions
Submit the complete manuscript through the official IJWOS form and retain your Paper ID. Follow any assessment or revision instructions, and make payment according to the acceptance communication. Publication depends on editorial acceptance and complete documents; payment does not guarantee acceptance, indexing or a fixed review duration.
