Format a manuscript for review
Formatting helps readers follow the work but cannot replace a sound study. Use a consistent heading hierarchy, readable tables and clearly labelled figures. Include units, captions and references where needed. Follow the current IJWOS template rather than copying an unrelated journal's layout.

Keep a complete manuscript record
Maintain the submitted file, decision messages, revision responses and the final approved version together. Check that the title and author order stay consistent between the manuscript and submission form. When a change affects authorship or a central result, discuss it with the coauthors and editor instead of silently replacing the record.

Submission and editorial decisions
Submit the complete manuscript through the official IJWOS form and retain your Paper ID. Follow any assessment or revision instructions, and make payment according to the acceptance communication. Publication depends on editorial acceptance and complete documents; payment does not guarantee acceptance, indexing or a fixed review duration.
