A journal-ready submission contains the final coauthor-approved text, readable figures and complete references. Include a concise cover message explaining the contribution and fit. Do not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to multiple journals unless their policies explicitly allow it.

Check fit before uploading
Read the IJWOS aims and scope and author guidelines. A precise title and abstract help describe the subject and contribution. Where scope is uncertain, send a short description to the editorial office rather than assuming that a multidisciplinary journal accepts all work.

Submission and editorial decisions
Submit the complete manuscript through the official IJWOS form and retain your Paper ID. Follow any assessment or revision instructions, and make payment according to the acceptance communication. Publication depends on editorial acceptance and complete documents; payment does not guarantee acceptance, indexing or a fixed review duration.
