Abstract
This study analyses how strategic leadership plays a role in achieving sustainable organizational success and competitive advantage within the framework of Green Transformation. Green transformation refers to an organization incorporating environmentally friendly and sustainable ideas into its work methods, management, and culture, while at the same time maintaining productivity and competitiveness. Strategic leaders guide organizations through this transformation process aligning corporate goals with sustainable development, encouraging innovation, and helping organizations adapt to change. The method was used to examine the extent to which the relationship between leadership, sustainable practices, and organizational outcomes is deep, using correlation, regression, and mediation. The results showed that strategic leadership positively impacts sustainable operations, which in turn increases productivity, innovation, employee engagement, financial results, and competitive advantage. European companies have been more successful in implementing green strategies than India, indicating regional differences. This research shows that strategic leadership plays a key role in building sustainable and high-performance organizations. It also provides practical advice for managers on how they can strengthen their competitive position by implementing green transformation initiatives.
