The integration of Industry 4.0 technologies in supply chain networks has revolutionized traditional operations, enhancing responsiveness and operational agility. With global markets experiencing increased unpredictability and competition, the need for agile supply chains has never been more urgent. This paper examines the role of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, and automation, in fostering operational agility in supply chains. By analyzing literature and conducting surveys with industry professionals, this research highlights how these technologies facilitate improved decision-making, process optimization, and real-time responsiveness to disruptions. Despite the advantages, challenges such as high initial costs, integration complexities, and a lack of skilled personnel remain substantial barriers. The findings suggest that for successful adoption, firms must invest in technological infrastructure, employee training, and develop a culture conducive to digital transformation.
